Shipping and Returns


Furniture
Returns or exchanges of furniture,special orders,and tailgating supplies are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect.  In the event of damage to your furniture that occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in the furniture, please contact us at 806-777-5461 within 5 days.  Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected.  In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.  Cancellations or changes on orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Credit card orders will receive a credit; orders paid by check or cash (local orders only)will receive a refund check.

Accessories
Out on the Patio happily accepts returns and exchanges on items not listed above purchased online or in our showroom.  If you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within 30 days of receipt.  After 30 days, Out on the Patio will replace or refund your items against manufacturer defects for up to one year.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
How to make a Return or Exchange-Accessories
We enclose a return form in every mail order package.  If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange, credit or refund.  If you do not have an exchange form, include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number and or/email address, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to happen.  Please be sure to ship package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance and know that you are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
